By using the services of TEXTIVUS, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We recommend reading them carefully before continuing to use our platform.


1. Use of Service

TEXTIVUS provides text processing and humanization tools powered by artificial intelligence. Users agree to use them for legal and ethical purposes, in accordance with applicable laws.

2. Access and Registration

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. TEXTIVUS is not liable for misuse of personal accounts.

3. Intellectual Property and Resource Use

All content generated by users remains their property. The system, technology, and design of TEXTIVUS are the exclusive property of the company.

TEXTIVUS strictly complies with applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. All graphics, text, code, features, and content on this site were either developed in-house or acquired under legally valid licenses.

When using third-party resources (such as libraries, icons, fonts, or images), we only use those permitted under free, commercial, or attributed licenses. TEXTIVUS does not use unauthorized or restricted material without express consent.

If any rights holder believes there has been an unintentional infringement, they may contact us at soporte@textivus.com to review the content in question.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide a stable service, TEXTIVUS does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated versions will be available on this same page.

6. Refunds

TEXTIVUS provides digital services for immediate and on-demand use. Due to the nature of these products, refunds are not offered once the content has been partially or fully processed or consumed.

However, if you experience a technical failure, processing error, or justified dissatisfaction with the service, you may request a review by writing to soporte@textivus.com within 7 calendar days of the transaction. Each case will be assessed individually, and a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

TEXTIVUS reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases where service usage has been complete, fraudulent, abusive, or contrary to our Terms and Conditions.

7. Misuse and Prohibited Content

TEXTIVUS must be used ethically, responsibly, and in compliance with international laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other regulations protecting fundamental rights.

It is strictly prohibited to use the platform to generate, transform, or publish content that:

  • Promotes hate, violence, harassment, or discrimination based on gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, nationality, disability, or other personal characteristics.
  • Includes sensitive or identifying information about third parties without their explicit consent.
  • Violates the honor, privacy, image, or integrity of individuals or entities.
  • Promotes illegal, defamatory, deceptive activities or infringes intellectual property rights.

Users are solely responsible for the content processed or generated using this tool. TEXTIVUS is not liable for misuse or consequences derived from it.

If abusive behavior is detected, the platform reserves the right to suspend accounts, restrict access, or cooperate with authorities when necessary.

8. Academic and Educational Use

Using TEXTIVUS for academic purposes must comply with the integrity policies of educational institutions. Using this tool to bypass AI detection systems, commit plagiarism, or fraudulently present work as original is strictly prohibited.

9. No Replacement for Professional Advice

The content generated by TEXTIVUS does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or any other professional advice. The platform is intended solely for stylistic enhancement of natural language. Any decisions based on this content are the sole responsibility of the user.

10. International Laws and Compliance

TEXTIVUS is offered in accordance with European Union laws but may be subject to restrictions in other countries. Users are responsible for complying with local regulations, including export, privacy, and IP laws.

11. Unauthorized Automation

The use of automated systems or scripts (bots, crawlers, unauthorized APIs) to access, send bulk requests, or extract data from TEXTIVUS is prohibited. Any technological abuse will be considered misuse and may result in legal action or immediate suspension.

12. Applicable Jurisdiction

In the event of legal conflict, the parties agree to submit to the laws and courts of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection regulations.
